  Frustrated that I have to give it a single star!
  
  We pre-booked a taxi for a 2 mile journey home from Pangbourne at 10pm a few weeks ago - they were late picking us up and then charged us £24!
  
  It transpires they don't operate from Pangbourne, but from Reading which they conveniently failed to mention when we made the booking - disgraceful.
  
  Is it any wonder Uber became so popular when faced with such practices!
